About Us

Real Mechanics.
Real Honest Work.

Big Ugly's Bike Shop started with a simple idea: fix cars the right way, treat customers like neighbors, and never inflate a bill to fill a gap. What began as a one-bay operation has grown into one of Corpus Christi's most dependable auto repair shops — and we're still running on that same principle.

We service all makes and models, from daily drivers to weekend projects. No job is too small, no question too simple. When you pull into our lot on Cartagena Drive, you'll get a clear diagnosis, a fair price, and a shop that actually cares whether you make it home safely.

Why Choose Us

The Big Ugly's Difference

We Explain It Plain

No mechanic-speak. We tell you what's wrong, what needs to be done, and what you can safely wait on — so you're never in the dark.

Upfront Estimates

You'll know the cost before we touch your car. No change-order surprises, no "while we're at it" add-ons without your okay.

Quality Parts

We use OEM and premium aftermarket parts. Cheap fixes don't survive Corpus Christi heat — we build for the long haul.

Turnaround You Can Count On

We respect your time. Most repairs are done the same day, and we always give you a realistic timeline before we start.

"Big Ugly's got me back on the road the same day. Fair price, no drama, and they actually explained what was wrong. That's rare these days."
